“A warm welcome when I arrived. Despite being on the main road into Torquay, it was very quiet within the b&b promising a good nights rest. Breakfast was very good and set me up for the day. For an evening meal , there were a good selection of restaurants within 15 minutes walk.”

“This is a very tired hotel in urgent need of a major refurbishment and staffing levels seem inadequate resulting in delays, breakfast can take up to an hour to complete In our 4 night stay our bedding was not changed and our room was dusty and at the top of 7 flights of stairs overlooking a shabby fire escape with a tangled hosepipe left there to trip us up if we needed to escape that way”
