“The person that met me seemed very disinterested. The room they gave me didn't match the pictures on Hotels.com. It was tiny, I wouldn't have booked it if the pictures had shown the correct room. The shower didn't work. The person seemed unconcerned, just said a guest had broken it and there was a bathroom down the hall. “I had to ask for coffee capsules, milk, shampoo and bathmat as forgotten to leave any in room. Only one glass given for water in a double room. Furniture quite battered looking and in need of some TLC. Long mirror on wall, but in the darkest corner of the room where there was no light. Coffee machine's water holder had no lid and a broken base and does not work very well so could do with a replacement. Sink fills up with water with no plug in when washing hands.
