“I had booked a standard twin room but upon entering the room felt depressing. Scruffy furniture, very unattractive and the bed valances were untidy. I chose this hotel because the reviews were better than others and I liked the decor and architecture of the interior. “We wanted a nice relaxing and chilled weekend. The hotel, room except for the shower and hairdryer, food and the staff were awesome. However we couldn’t use the pool as it was freezing cold. The pool was one of the reasons we picked this hotel. ”
