“We are a couple from north Somerset wanting a relaxing weekend and thats what we definitely got! From the day we arrived sat 2nd nov the staff we so helpful on reception and very easy to locate our room . The Spa was fantastic! 5* from all the different spa rooms to our facials on the sunday ,this was also very , very relaxing. “Beautiful room with balcony overlooking the bay. Well thought out with all amenities. Spa needed updating in some areas - air filter in shower in spa covered in dust, hairs on the floor, grouting dirty in places. Spa facilities good, pool and jacuzzi good temperature. All in all a good stay.”

“The hotel was very clean and the staff were polite. I used the leisure facilities which were fine. The evening entertainment was excellent and the older folk absolutely loved it including myself. Breakfast was well organised and the food was really good.”

“Loved the room and the view, staff were really friendly and helpful and the food was excellent. One issue was that there was a wine stain on the carpet beside the bed, I reported it to the cleaning staff as I didn’t want them thinking it was our fault. They cleaned the room each day but did nothing about the stain on the carpet. The other issue was the water pressure, there was a lovely big bath but it took an age to fill up”
