“Lovely property in close proximity to the beach at Challaborough Bay and a short walk to Bigbury. The property was as described and overlooks the Challaborough Bay holiday park. It's great for surfing and visiting Bigbury/Burgh Island. Salcombe is a short drive and there are many National Trust places to visit. Note that the drive down to the property is a typical road to the coast (e.g. steep and narrow).”

“Comprehensive directions to the property which we found sparkling clean and spacious. Lovely lounge area with tv and dvd. Great beds and bath/shower rooms. Outside sit around the large garden table with a glass of something and watch the beautiful sunset across the valley.”

“The Wheel house is the largest of 3 properties at this location. It’s stunning and Judith, the host, is very helpful. The property is one of the best equipped self catering properties we’ve stayed in. Included was: tea/coffee/sugar, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablets, cloths, tea towels, bedding, towels, logs for the burner and a really well equipped kitchen. Beds were so comfy. The setting is stunning and we were even lucky enough to wake to a new calf in the field...
