“Loved the smooth contactless check-in! The King suite was clean and welcoming! The only thing missing were hangers which I noticed immediately as I was in town for a wedding! Otherwise the stay was great and the complimentary snacks and refreshments were appreciated! Would recommend to a friend! ”

“Charming new construction in a gorgeous historic area, just blocks from the river walk. We loved the space and the location. The neighborhood is quiet, and there are blocks upon blocks of beautiful historic homes to explore. The hosts have thought of all the little details, including a great selection of coffee, microwave popcorn for an afternoon treat, and dog bones for our pup. “Overall we had a nice stay. The furniture was not very comfortable and chairs had stains. No ice maker annd only one ice tray. Apartment was clean and had a little patio out back. I wouldn’t pick this place again but the price is good.”

“This property is in a perfect location - just a few minutes walk to the beach or to multiple restaurants and shops. Comfortable and clean inside and a 3rd story porch with great views of Lumina ave. It was well stocked with all the necessities. The property owner was easy to communicate with and made check in/out seamless. Highly recommend. ”

“Great property! Top notch location, clean and comfortable. Small amount of street noise around 2 am when bars let out but short lived. Worth it to be in the middle of the action in Downtown Wilmington.”
