“Great house! Location is central to CB goings-on and is so close to the beach itself. One bed is kind of hard, but other than that the accommodations are sufficient and beachy. Cute back deck and yard. Communication with the owners and manager of the property was easy with a quick response time. And they are just generally good people (met them outside of the rental experience). Nice for a stand-alone house that's affordable with no one walking over your head! ”

The home is small and cozy but more than ample for our December visit, providing a quiet place to read, cook, and do crafts. We enjoyed the decorated Christmas tree in the living room and all the amenities. The house is ideally situated in a residential neighborhood, perfect for walks to see holiday decorations, go to restaurants, and walk at the beach. “Very comfortable and pleasant house. It was terribly hot during our stay so the beach visits were later in the evening when it cooled down slightly. It was very welcoming home and it was a nice stay in A/C. I would highly recommend this cottage for anyone to stay in. Surf's Up !!!!”
