“We enjoyed exploring the River Arts District, New Belgium Brewery, and attending 2 concerts at the Salvage Station. We were also able to go for a 3 mile run along the river. We loved this VRBO! Be warned, you need to climb stairs to bet to the unit. Also, the air conditioning unit is much too noisy. Earplugs might help. ”

“Rory answers any questions right away. If there is an issue, he is right there to solve it. The neighborhood is great for walking pups and it takes 5 min to walk right to the beach. Had a great time and definitely will be back”

“I had to come in to town for a wedding and hotels are so expensive. I found this gem and had the time of my life. The morning views of the lake and the moon reflecting at nighht made this perfect. A cheery on top of the reason i was there to celebrate my friend's wedding. Excellent hosts and lots of charm.”

“This was a great place right in the heart of everything downtown. The condo was really modern and has all the ammenities except For a closet. No hangers so we pulled out clothes from luggage as needed. The only thing I was Skeptical about was the bed. It seemed like a full size instead of a queen. But not an issue if you are both small. My friend slept on the sofa and was fine with it. Would definitely stay there again! ”

“Check in was a mess. Address was incorrect on listing. Drove to someone else's place to check in which was dangerous. Hosts grocery and belongings still in house. Couch was dirty and cover didn't fit. No key lock available. Was advised to text a number outside VRBO app to attain check in instructions. Door left unlocked to attain key. Someone is living in the VRBO. Host blamed me for odor in house . All plug ins were empty. Not enough towels and washcloths. No trash cans available. No mop...

“Nice, comfortable, little place. Very convenient walk to the beach in a nice neighborhood. Nicely decorated. Comfortable bed. Our initial impression was that it was very clean, but we noticed a lot of dog hair and sand around perimeters and under furniture. Could use a deep cleaning.. ”
