Right in the heart of historic downtown, we were able to walk around and enjoy the city. The little balcony was perfect for drinking coffee in the morning. The host was extremely attentive and responded immediately whenever we had a question. We would absolutely stay here again. ”

“We are grandparents touring Wilmington with 2 of our grandsons and our small dog. We only stayed one night but it couldn’t have been nicer. It is a grand older Wilmington home that is now a duplex. Off street parking was easy. Located close to riverfront but most will prefer transportation to visit the area.”

“This place was perfect for our group of 3 adult couples, and my adult daughter. We were in town one for a nearby wedding. The home was perfectly located, and we were able to thoroughly enjoy our stay. It was an easy walk to the riverfront area. We enjoyed both the porch and the back courtyard area ! Brian is a wonderful host, just the right amount of checking in...Would definitely come back here when in the Wilmington area !”
