“The property was absolutely beautiful! Looked just like the pictures. The outside are at the end of the walkway with the outdoor seating and grill was really nice. The view was amazing from our deck. On our way out Zack was an awesome help getting our luggage to our vehicle in the pouring rain. He had such a wonderful spirit. We will definitely be returning. ”

“I truly enjoyed my stay at the EXPLORE houseboat villa. Everything looked exactly like the pictures. All directions provided were accurate as well. I wish there was a ceiling fan on the top deck (we did find a small fan to use outside though) but other than that everything was perfect! We will be back!!! ”

“We came for a long weekend to participate in the Ironman 70.3 event in Wilmington. The Cove was a perfect location for easy access to packet pickup, T2, and the end of the race. “Awesome property. We came down during a very dreary, windy and rainy weekend, so we could not really get the experience we were hoping for, but the property itself was awesome and the setup that the hosts have for providing service is top notch. My only note to other VRBO guests is that this is a floating home - houseboat - so on windy days, there is movement side to side and up and down, so if you are prone to seasickness, take precautions.”

“The "houseboat" was wonderful. We could walk to everything, but at the same time felt like we were staying in our own quiet neighborhood. The Cove is a wonderful place. The staff was wonderful. The communication and instructions on where to park, check-in, check out were super clear. The Cove is just a quick walk to the Riverfront and all the amazing spots of Wilmington. We had an issue with one of the TVs not working (which didn't really matter to us) and the staff had it repaired the next...
