“Every aspect of the hotel was great. The location, building and presentation. Staff were fantastic, Lake View room was a treat and offered a very large double comfortable bed. The only down point was that our room was not serviced following our first night stay. Although reception was informed during the afternoon the room did not get serviced or towels changed. Spoke to house keeping next day and again by 3pm the housekeeping staff had disappeared and the room was not serviced. Complained at...

“The hotel is in a great location, with plenty of activities in and around it. We visited with two young children, and there was loads of things to keep them occupied. Our room was spacious and we had plenty of storage. The hotel bar has a nice atmosphere and the food served in the restaurant is a very high quality. But the best thing about the Dalmeny is definitely the staff, who all go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The customer service is excellent. ”
