“Great Staff and location make this five star Constantly surprised how inconvenient and expensive parking is in the UK. Unfortunately we were later in the evening on a busy weekend so I ended up parking down the street in the central city parking lot”

“I loved the tranquility of the hotel. The only thing I could fault were the bathroom systems and the pillows. The shower did not work very well and toilet did not flush well. Otherwise perfect. The pillows were very high even though we received a choice. But they need flat pillows for some people. I found that using an folded towel solved my problem however.”
