“The service needs improvement. We may be unlucky been served by a by a new employee ( I hope it was just a new employee or an untrained one). I ordered a drink a the bar and I actually explained to the lady how to do it - it was just an Apperoll spritz- nothing fancy). “Hotel is lovely and the spa is fab, great location and the staff were lovely. The food was mostly good however the portion size for our evening meal was a joke, absolutely tiny, and the breakfast wasn’t great either, the sausages and bacon had obviously been pre-cooked and hanging around for a while and dried out. The music in the restaurant was absolutely awful, terrible covers of songs. In short, I would definitely stay at the hotel again but won’t eat at the restaurant again sunless they...

“The warmest welcome we have had in years. All the staff were do friendly and wonderfully Room very clean and deliciously warm. Shower great. Bar lovely with open fire. Good menu and the roast sunday evening was stupendous. Defo recommend a stay ”
