“Check-in was extremely easy and the host messaged us that our unit was left unlocked for us, just before we arrived. He let us check in about 30 minutes early upon our arrival, which I appreciated so much being that we had a 5 week old newborn with us. The cottage was as described and very clean. The location was nice because it was so close to the beach. It’s located between two beach accesses but the beach access to the left has a warning sign for an increase in waterborne illness within 200...

“The stay was wonderful. Alex and Brett were amazing and answered all of our questions promptly. Some of the nicest people ever. The property was exactly as advertised. You could taste the salt from the deck that’s how close we were. Overall we loved it and already rebooked! ”

“We loved the historic charm of the Cottage. It was a perfect size for our family for a 3 night stay. Also, it is a very short walk to the ocean and very close to anything you would need. ”

“Lovely cottage with real wood interior in a great location. Everything was nice and clean. Central AC. Kitchen is well furnished with basic dishes and flatware but we did bring our mobile kitchen with a heavy frying pan, carbon knives, coffee-making, drink-mixing kit. Beds are good (bring your own sheets). Short walk to the beach, near restaurants and services. Great communication.”

“This is our second girl's trip staying here, and we love the house and the location to the beach and coffee shops. It's been a wonderful experience both times!”

“This listing says cottage but it's an apartment. Be ready to go up stairs to get into it. The kitchen is small but fine. Everything works, but it's not especially well equipped for cooking. The coffee maker does not work. Our checkin was delayed for about 40 minutes when we arrived and we had no where to stay while waiting for our apartment. Wi Fi was very weak in the apartment and TV is like a hotel where there are certain channels available but no way to sign in to your own streaming accounts....
