“My family and i had a wonderful time. Our place had everything we needed. Nice clean and lovely. It was nice and close to the beach. We had a wonderful view of the ocean and it was nice to listen to falling asleep. They had lots of family games. We had a very nice stay. ”

“The Peaceful Cottage was very comfortable, extremely clean, and well appointed. After driving on the I-5 all day, it was a cool respite in the heat on my journey. I really liked the little yard for my dog. I only stayed one night but it is close to Redding and Shasta lake dam which was pretty to see in the evening. There are a few restaurants in Shasta Lake town but many more options in nearby Redding. Overall, it was a very nice night's stay.”

“The hosts were extremely communicative and accommodating. When we arrived, the host was there to greet us and give us the tour. They provided snacks, a lovely bottle of wine, coffee, and stocked the fridge with half and half. It was so thoughtful! There were plenty of extra bath towels which we appreciated, and a lot of things for the beach - beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, scooters, a wagon, etc. They also had a lot of fun games and movies for the kids. The washer and dryer worked wonders...

“This was a great VRBO! We’ve always stayed right near the main beach so I wasn’t sure how we’d like the location, but it was great. The view from the living room and patio was beautiful and so convenient with kids being able to go back and forth from the beach as they please. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Cottage came as advertised - We had everything we needed for a 5 night stay - enjoyed the neighborhood and took public transit to get around.The only thing we did not enjoy as much was the bed - the mattress had dips and valleys, so we found it a little uncomfortable.Betsy was polite and responsive.Phil & Brenda,Montreal”
