The house is perfectly located near Moonstone Beach, the playground, Fiscalini Ranch, and the town. We look forward to visiting again!”

“This is my families second time at the property and we had another wonderful trip. We love all that Santa Cruz and surrounding areas have to offer and this home has a perfect location. We love that this home is dog friendly, our dog enjoyed daily walks to the beach just down the street. We also loved unwinding in the hot tub at night. The home is small but it fit my family of 2 adults and 2 teens just fine. We had some trouble with the hot tub on the first day but the owner was very helpful and...

“Very cute, small but very efficient room that was perfect for my dog and I. The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the coffee in the morning and the shower/bathroom had everything I needed. I particularly loved walking the neighborhood and town of Summerland in the mornings. ”
