“ This cottage is decorated with fun colors and upscaled items. We enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and thoughtful touches. This place is for people who enjoy comfortable more than sleek and fancy. We all slept well. The bathroom is tiny, which might be hard for a large person but was fine with us. ”

“I have stayed at this property before in their Casa del Sol unit. I loved that unit, but I loved the Bear’s Den even more! It’s a beautiful remote location, but not far from town and the Hot Springs. It’s so peaceful and quiet. The unit is well equipped, And the heated tile floors are a very nice touch that had me spoiled by the time I left. I’ll definitely be staying here every time I come to Glenwood Springs. Highly recommended!”

“The cottage couldn’t have been cleaner and stocked with more essentials. Location in “the canyon” was fun and separated from the hustle and bustle of Colorado Springs! Yet…a few minutes you were wherever you wanted to go…Manitou…Zoo…Old Colo City. Every evening there were deer looking in the window…lots of trails to hike within walking distance of front door…. The hosts were great at communicating and descriptions were spot on! Details…they were all about them! The only negative on our stay...

“This property was cute. There were a couple of personal dislikes. First the bed squeaks horribly. Every time you get in and out, roll over etc. Thank goodness I remembered my ear plugs for both myself and my husband or we would not have had any sleep. The shower does not drain so by the end you are standing in dirty soapy water. Otherwise it was everything we needed for our stay. ”

“The location couldn't be more perfect. An 11 min drive from all the hot spots and walkable to great hiking, including the Seven Falls. David gave us great recommendations on hiking and food spots. we will be back!!”
