“Great little flat in a good location. This glat has everything you need to stay for a few days or for the week. Please make sure you ask for the paeking permits before arriving otherwise you will struggle to find parking but for £5 a day, i could not complain. The living room was cosy and the bedroom very comfortable. 30 minutes away from the seafront and 16 mins from the lanes makes it a good location for a fair price.”

“Lovely tiny home. We got there and checked in straight away. The host was very nice and answered all questions about the place, it is small however the place was immaculately clean and tidy. We were a 10 minute walk from southwick beach and a 5 minute walk to the train station to get to Brighton or where-ever you want to go. Wir waren Anfang Oktober da und haben uns 4 Tage sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt mit James war sehr gut, er hat uns persönlich empfangen und stand mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut, Pubs, Supermarkt (Waitrose ist top), Bus, Meer, Pier, i360,…. alles bequem zu erlaufen.”
