The outside of the apartment needs tidying up. The beds and bedding were comfortable but when we went to make one of the beds into double (was a zip lock) the sheeting was filthy with bloody stains. The cleaner did come the next day to change the bedding but was a bit grim. The shower facilities weren’t great as the flow was very weak....

“The apartment was easy to find using Google , fairly new and quite welcoming! Lots of useful emails from Hopewell the management company. The layout of the property and its facilities were excellent! However, the whole place needs a very big deep clean! The lounge has a yellow rug on the floor that has definitely seen better days, it was stained and generally nasty. The kitchen utensils all need a good wash before we could use them. “The property doesn’t look quite as smart as the photos suggest. It’s still nicely refurbished but is a little bit worn in places. It could really do with a deadlock or security chain on the front door. The WiFi was a bit hot and miss, especially in the bedrooms which is strange for the size of the property. The washing machine is not a full dryer and there was no clothes airer provided for drying clothes. The parking space was very handy. It would be helpful to have a what3words or pin as Google...
