“The hotel was a bit outside the center, on a fine square and near the beach. No elevator and the room was tiny. The shower plate disgraceful and I also missed a desk. On the up side, the deco was fun and fine, and the personnel was kind.”

“We get there when we’re told check in can start. I was given no email correspondence of how to check in the door needed a code to enter which I hadn’t received prior to checking in, then when I managed to gain access through another guest I waited in the corridor trying to call but they kept hanging up when answering. I didn’t know what room I was or the code to the key lock to gain access to the room, no wifi password prior to arrival, and when someone did turn up and I got in the shower...

“Nice friendly staff. Hotel decor dated in places but they are investing in renovation and I had one such room on the top floor. Walls a bit thin as could clearly hear a rather amorous couple next door - but that didn’t last too long!”

“I ended up booking this property on short notice late night when the lifts stopped working at my original property next door (disabled guest) and the agents at Leonardo were kind, helpful, sympathetic and even gave me an amazing room upgrade after all the distress of dealing with the previous property for hours. They went above and beyond to assist me and ensure my family and I were comfortable for the 2 days we were there and I am beyond grateful for the way they treated me and my situation....
