“un horror si poleis no reservéis con este hotel, te sacan una foto de su estudio más caro y lo ponen como foto de standard, y cuando llegas te dan una habitación de mitad de tamaño a lo esperado con vistas a un patio guarro. Si os ocurre eso quejaros fehacientemente... animo a expedia a que corrijan esta información en su web ya que siempre que hay un problema han respondido y en mi reclamación por teléfono me atendió un chico de manera muy profesional”

“Friendly and amazing staff. I was able to check in early for a wedding I was attending. The location is great (very, VERY close to North Laine which is great for shopping and food/drinks). Room was clean, had air con and the bed was comfy!”

“The property was ok but the area was not great inside the property all night the neighbours in the property was shouting and making noise all night I did not get any sleep One of the worst night I stayed somewhere Did not feel safe leaving room as so much shouting from other rooms ”

“More shabby than chic, I nevertheless soon became quite enamoured of my humble little room on the first floor. These prices were often a third of the travelodge. Is Schmotel three times worse than travelodge? No it’s a different thing. I was therefore pleased that there were no ghosts or Frankensteins and no poo on the wall or ceiling, and nobody with loud and evil intent anywhere in the seven blessed rooms. ”

“Reception was rude and my it difficult as if the rules were carved in stone ignoring the fact we had been traveling for 20 hours and could have been more considerate and compromise We have used this hotel several times before and never before encountering a stone wall and the rules being more important then the clients well being However once he left the desk we were helped by a lady who put herself out and understood our predicament and was very accomadating ”

“Pros - place was really near the front, and the pier. Room was a decent size and clean. There was a dyson fan to help with the heat. Eye masks and ear plugs were provided FOC (nice touch), komedia 15 min walk away. Couple of observations - there are a lot of stairs. My partners knee is not ao great and proved to be a little struggle. Fan was not enough at night when njghr temp was around 20C. I had some struggles in that code to get in did not arrive but i spoke to them on day and got it...

“Great location and it was perfect for an overnight stay for my mums birthday. The beds were very comfy. We were just a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the room - it stunk of smoke. We opened the windows and I sprayed my perfume (not ideal) but we couldn’t get rid of it. Hopefully just a blip as I’d stayed here before and it wasn’t an issue.”

“A real shame as the place should be good however without a toilet door, lights that automatically turn on and light up the room in the middle of the night for 20 mins it really does need some work. Maintenance simply has not been maintained…”
