“Second time our 24 person family group stayed here, and if anything, it was even better than last year! The location is exceptional, a quiet, private beautiful Victorian era house right on the Sound. The house is roomy, immaculate and very well equipped. Nancy is on top of everything and responds essentially immediately to any and every concern. There aren’t enough superlatives to describe our wonderful experience! ”

“Long weekend with family to participate in a christening in the Bronx. Place was clean and comfortable. Location was very convenient. Only change I would request would be extra blankets. Otherwise would stay again. ”

I was impressed with not only my accommodations, but the building amenities were also top notch. Excellent gym! I wish there was more in the immediate area, but because of the road interchanges, it was difficult to walk many places. “The property was exceedingly clean, and mostly convenient to our sightseeing needs. It's about a 15 minute walk to the PATH, which connects to the NYC subway system. The neighborhood isn't terrible, though there are some folks who decide they need to be loud every night right outside the building, until about midnight. So sleeping is sometimes an iffy proposition. The property manager is very attentive and if you have questions they will be answered immediately. A nice main street is about 10...
