“This beautiful property was clean and centrally located to everything! We were a family group of 15 & could find multiple food options within blocks & even next door from American to Chinese, Italian, pizza, Chipotle, and even fresh food markets all within minutes of your front door. The host was very attentive in answering questions and making suggestions when asked. Everything we needed was available. We would definitely stay at this property and with this host again!”

“This place worked perfect for our family weekend in NYC. We had our two children (3,4) with us and had a great weekend. Would stay here again. ”

“This was a beautiful space for us to spend Thanksgiving. The subway was a nice 20 minute walk and the neighborhood and neighbors were friendly and interesting. The space was restful, homey, and included everything we needed. Our host was helpful and always available with great information before we arrived. I can’t wait to return.”

“Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in New York. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war immer sehr freundlich und auch bei Problemen geduldig. Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr gut. Man kommt mit mehreren Linien in Fußnähe überall hin. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und die beiden festen Betten waren herrlich bezogen. Leider galt das nicht für die weiteren Betten. Das Schlafsofa war überhaupt nicht vorbereitet und die Luftmatratze war nicht aufgebaut als wir nachts nach unserem Flug müde ankamen....

“Great stay and accessible to public transportation however Renter beware of the STEEP hills that you will need to walk. We walked from both stations and we got killed by the steep roads to get to the property. The property was overall in a clean and maintained status. Maybe just need to have the shower curtains changed but it was overall a great choice. ”

“This place is a perfect (and reasonably priced) launching pad for exploring SOHO, Greenwich Village, etc. Owner was excellent at communicating. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“I was looking for a 4 month long stay, but decided to leave shortly after a month. I recommend staying short term as a vacation rental only. Host is kind and welcoming, but I recommend asking her for every single one of her rules, as well as stipulations on guests before you decide to stay, they are not all listed on the booking and it may sway your decision. The owner lives above and has access to the rental, so if that makes you uncomfortable I'd have a conversation with her about it. I...

“We were in NYC for a medical issue & enjoyed our stay at the studio apt. Having the convince oh being able to prepare our meals & having all the comforts of home made a stressful situation easier to cope with. The location is close to restaurants , shopping & hospitals.if we are ever I need of staying on the upper east side we will definitely stay here again. I was in communication with Charlene & Mia and they feel to all my questions & concerns within the hour. ”

“El lugar está ok para dormir.... ellos dan palos, pero nunca te los cambian en toda la estadía. No dan papel higiénico, tenéis que comprar...! Y la limpieza es lo que me disgustó, primero se nota que nunca sacuden y cuando uno está ahí nadie llega a limpiar ni barrer... es más en un pequeño armario está todo para que uno limpie... y cuando uno está de vacasiones lo que menos piensa es en asear uno mismo. Por lo demás... las camas están ok. El lugar ok... pero si prestaran un poco más de...
