“This was the quintessential New York City experience! The apartment is on a high floor with a view to the Hudson and NJ on one side and the Empire State Building and Midtown on the other. There is a Whole Foods a few blocks away, so we stocked up there. Penn Station is a block and a half away, which was incredibly helpful when I left and had to get to JFK airport. We walked to Hudson Yards for dinner and a show at The Shed. I would definitely stay here again.”

“It was wonderful to be nestled into a neighborhood in Brooklyn, where we easily found food at local cafes and grocery stores and transit into the City. The brownstone has been beautifully restored. We were comfortable in all the rooms and soothed by the ambiance.”

“My sisters and I needed a place to stay while visiting New York to see multiple Broadway shows while also being able to be together without several hotel rooms. This property was excellent for what we were looking for. I was concerned about the distance but the owner assured me it was not a big deal and they were correct. “Property is easy walking distance to Subway and good restaurants. Trouble with heat was addressed but communication was spotty. Made for a chilly first night. Spacious apartment with nice kitchen and dining table. Beds were comfortable. Shower wasn’t hot.”

“We had a very good time. Emanuele and Francesco were very welcoming and gave us good tips to discover the city. Yuki and Lenu are lovely cats <3. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and close to the subway, making it very easy to go to Manhattan. I recommend this place and would stay again.”

“Great location”

“Overall it was a decent stay. The code to get into the main bustling did not work for us so we had to call. On the 2nd and 3rd night of our stay, the fire alarms kept going off because people were smoking weed in the stairwells. The hallways overwhelmingly smelt of weed, however when the maids came to clean certain rooms, it took the smell out. We also had, I think a homeless person, get into the husking and was screaming in the stairwell one of the nights.”

“The actual apartment itself was fine. A bit tight but fine. The greatest concern was the trash that was on the roof right outside my patio. Which made you not want to sit on the patio. The other concern I had was the difficulty I had getting in touch with anyone to help or answer questions. I shouldn't have to play email-tag in order to get help.
