“My family fell in love with this house as soon as we stepped foot in the door. It was neat, clean and very welcoming. The historic build of the home added a charming firel towards its atmosphere, but did also provide some challenges. The spiral staircase upstairs could have been challenging for someone with mobility issues, but we were fine. “Our family of 9 found our vacation dwelling comfy and charming. Bedrooms and bathrooms on each floor gave the feel of a private suite for each family group. A quaint outside area to read and relax was enjoyed by everyone. No problem with plenty of street parking! Easy walk to coffee, food, shops and the sights. The owner was very accommodating and quick to answer any questions. We enjoyed our stay in this cozy Philly home! parking.”

“The room was nice, the service was very good and the Magnolia room is like a small apartment with a full and well equiped kitchen. The only observation is that due to the fact that this was a very old building there were ants in the bathroom. Beside the last detail the stay and the room was perfect.”
