“Lee was very helpful from the start; with the info he provided. Even when we arrived a little early, we texted him and we were able to check in. The cottage is well furnished with many amenities mentioned and not mentioned, condiments in the fridge, all the coffee makings, the tv with all the guest apps, and thankfully even sunscreen, which I left in my gym bag at home. “Nice clean place with everything you need. Lovely little monarchs would greet me everyday. Even some nice beach chairs and towels! Easy access to beach and boardwalk with good restaurants within walking distance. Hope to come back next summer! ”
