“Good base for getting to all the shops and sites in Brighton. A bit small and cosy but was fine for 5 people. Not enough seating areas for more. Need to be aware you are next to a very busy road so will hear lots of people walking past and traffic noise but fine for a short break.”

“The owners communication was fantastic from start to finish and their hospitality superb. The property is absolutely as described and the location is fantastic. It’s a very quirky property with lots to explore inside and outside. We spent lots of time in the hot-tub looking out at the river and enjoying a glass of wine or two. The planes and trains - did not affect either our sleep or enjoyment of the stay so please don’t be put off by the proximity to the line or being on a flight path....

“The property really couldn’t have been any better for our weekend celebrating my sister’s hen party. The location was perfect - central, seconds from the sea and near to all of our planned activities. The communal areas were fantastic, especially the large dining area. “Checkin , parking and the apt were terrific - very large space. walkable to Jericho and central Oxford - or bike-able. Near the canal walk and close to Port Meadow. Possibly one of the better locations in Oxford. The apartment is modern and well equipped but there were just a few negative points more for the owners to repair. I don't normally post negatives but I think this flat/apt is def worth it with a few minor tweaks There were lights that didn't work in the bathrooms just needed...
