“House totally as described but slightly spooked by the monkey butler as we entered by mobile torch light. The house is obviously still used to some extent as fresh food was found in the fridge. The kitchen oven and extractor were filthy. All dishes and pans had to be washed before they could be used. Carpets and floors had not been hoovered, cobwebs also noted. Possibly one of the better locations in Oxford. The apartment is modern and well equipped but there were just a few negative points more for the owners to repair.
