“Hosts should to clean out the garbage and wash down the outside backyard alcove before next guests arrive. They also have instructions for leaving garbage to be picked up by the town, but I believe the information is outdated.”

“This property was very clean and quiet. The owner is very responsive. One thing to note is the 10am checkout time which is earlier than other home I’ve stayed in previously.”
