“2 bed house in quiet street. Had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. House was clean and basically furnished. Everything worked as it should. Nice bathroom with shower. Driveway if required. Close to town centre (£5 in taxi). Can’t comment as to local amenities or public transport as we never used them. Contact with owner was easy and we had no issues. ”

“Very clean property and exactly what we were looking for in Liverpool - within 10 minutes walk to Anfield and FC Liverpool match. Very responsive hosts and excellent communication. Would easily recommend and we will hopefully be back!!”

“The host was very helpful and friendly. The place is comfortable and had everything we needed. I knew there were stairs but didn't realize they would be as steep as they are, which was only noticed because i recently injured my leg. The entry stoop was unexpectedly high and both of us tripp on it. But everything else was fine and very convenient to bus line, stores and parks. Im glad we stayed there!”

“We were a group of family members congregating in Liverpool to scatter the ashes of 3 deceased relatives. Despite the photos showing a lovely house it is in reality a badly maintained student house share during term time. We were a party of 15 including 5 children from 4 to 12. This house would probably be fine for hen and stag events but not for a family grouping. Issues: A trailing socket and wiring left in the hall at the bottom of the stairs, we advised the manager who told us to leave it,...

“After booking and paying in full the hosts went off grid, not only would they not respond to us, but Vrbo couldn’t get hold of them either. We were left with 3 children and a baby with nowhere to stay, 4 hours away from home. Avoid this host at all costs. Vrbo were equally unhelpful in resolving the matter, telling us to sort our own arrangements out for ourselves (at 5pm!). An incredibly stressful time, would absolutely not recommend these hosts, or Vrbo as a booking platform.”
