“5 mins from metro station and self-service breakfast is a plus. The room needs maintenance, the furniture, including the bed, is not new at all. Walls, doors and windows have zero sound isolation - you can hear every person and every car passing by.”

Had to drive home 2 hours in the rain, tired, and cancel my plans with my son for the next day. Won't be using Expedia again. My son aslo said the room had 1 star, stock photos and mould! ”

“I received a call to confirm the check in. It's conveniently placed on the main road, close to bus stops and shops. Off street parking available, free after 5pm. The room was very clean and warmed for us, with basic toiletries provided. The receptionist was very friendly and professional, provided the necessary information and offered further assistance. I'd highly recommend. ”

“Just a night stay, place was clean and comforty, a bit tricky to find but we did. On street parking was tricky as its in a residential area.where other person also live. ”

“A nice property in a reasonable area, but my experience of the proprietor was strange. Specifically check in was slow (alot of unnecessary paperwork). Also was woken up in the night (2am) by banging around and person cleaning! Considering the detailed (3 pages) of house rules, namely being quiet after 11.30pm, I found it odd that the proprietor was noisy several times after midnight. My only conclusion is that they perhaps suffer from OCD and/or autism (as I was messaged prior to staying and...

“We turned up New Year’s Eve after travelling to London, and was refused entry as the room had apparently been smashed up! This is unacceptable and every time we try to get in contact with your team we just get stone walled, I’m going to take this to the newspapers if nothing is done about it truly. ”

I asked for a light cleaning, which he quickly arranged, but I didn't see much change Also they gave me a different address to where I had originally booked my accommodation. It cost me a little extra money as I was on my way there in a taxi. The picture that was propped up on the wall while I was sleeping also fell down and was very dangerous. They tried to accommodate my needs, but I felt it was never enough”
