“My wife and i stayed here for our Wedding Anniversary, Monday to today. Excellent staff in particular Reception, Noel & Cheys in Brasserie. Btw the back area needs a few cobwebs cleaning around glass panels, a little off-putting but no big deal. Food excellent, views suberb. Boat trips, Aquarium and steam train on the doorstep. “Lovely hotel with stunning views. The big plus is the food - breakfast was excellent and dinner both nights was really enjoyable. It’s in a great location to explore the northern part of the Lakes. Some parts of the hotel could do with a bit of TLC. Staff are really good, would definitely recommend.”
