“My wife and I had an incredible stay at this property from Nov 15-18, 2024. Kye meet us on arrival and talked us through everything while also providing all kinds of tips on local restaurants and activities. He also let us know about the Ride Circuit app where we can call local transportation to take us around Seal Beach for only $2 per person per ride. Very convenient. It was incredibly clean and absolutely silent at night. The gas fireplace was wonderful and cozy in the chilly evenings...

Between the grill with propane ready to go and the modern appliances and the well equipped kitchen,dining in was east and fun. Comfy beds, laundry access, and AC unit were great. “The house is located in excellent proximity to highway, grocery, beach, dining, etc. The neighborhood is very peaceful (we sat out every night in the backyard and rarely heard any sounds at all!). The kitchen has a TON of equipment if you are keen to cook any of your own meals. Beds were comfortable, fold out sofa was fine (fold out sofas are what they are). Dining table is amazing and was the central hub for our stay. Wifi works great, parking is easy. Driveway is steep, but we were able to...

“We found our cottage to be very comfortable and well equipped. We did have a minor plumbing issue which was immediately taken care of by the property manager. We found this property to be very quiet and beautiful. Pretty gardens throughout the property add to the relaxing atmosphere. We will definitely stay here again.”

It had everything you needed for the beach which was huge for us as we flew and couldn’t bring a ton with us. Has ac in every room which was super nice. They allowed dogs, was one house off the sand, had great views of the beach/ocean/jetty from the patio, easy access to grocery and food options, plus there was a fire pit, sauna, and hot tub! The house was clean and well stocked with all the basic amenities. Drew the owner was very communicative and friendly. ”
