“Our family loved staying in this beachfront condo. Wonderful location right by Balboa pier. Fun to ride bikes and walk along the boardwalk that runs right in front of the place. Also a five minute walk to the Balboa ferry. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and a nice 2 mile walk up to Newport pier. Wonderful, clean space for our family of six. Owner super responsive.”

“Everything was just perfect. Bed is comfortable and has everything you need in the kitchen. Very close to town with places to eat and shop. Nice walk around the island on the bay front. There is a 3 car ferry to take you over to the ocean and Fun Zone. Nice restaurant on the bay with a great view. Newport Landing. Our host is the best and it's probably my 5th or 6th time staying there. I come back every year. :)”

“The suite was cute. Floor was dusty, otherwise, nice. The he parking lot was messy and needed maintenance. Overgrown weeds and trash. Great location!”

“Really enjoyed our stay with 3 couples. Location was great, recommend using the trolley for a quick / free trip to the main beach / town. Had one issue and the host was extremely quick to get it addressed. The wolf cove beach across the street is great. ”

“This place is fantastic! The views are everything - plus the space is large and the hosts are so helpful. It's clean, with a well-stocked kitchen. There's pretty much everything you could need for your visit - including beach chairs & other equipment. Relax on the deck, lounge on the big indoor couch, walk to downtown & the beach. If you want to stay in San Clemente, you'll be happy with this place. A great value.”

“The property was clean, there was extra material in the restroom for use. The owner was great at getting us extra toilet paper when we asked. There was complimentary cookies and drinks which was nice. The room on the left did get very hot but the room on the right was good. ”

“We had a lovely stay the view was nice and hearing the ocean waves at night were very calming. The home is Vintage but it’s very homey. One of the beds is very hard and the other is soft. If all else fails the couches are loungers and very comfy to sleep in plus you can hear the ocean. We stayed 2 days so we had everything we needed clean towels and bedding extra pillows and a fridge and microwave. Though I would was the dishes before you use them , your supposed to wash them yourself after...

“Great location in CdM! Place was clean & cozy. Very walkable to outdoor activities & restaurants nearby. Colleen was responsive, friendly and added nice touches throughout the studio that make you feel welcome. Would definitely stay again!”

“The unit was perfect for our needs, we have 3 kids and they loved the bunkbed room and there was a pack and play for my youngest. The backyard was really nice. We appreciated having a spot to park in the driveway since we were coming in and out a lot. The upstairs unit was a little loud at times but it was manageable. We loved being able to walk to the restaurants in Dana Point. Overall a great stay.”
