“We had a two night stay at 2 stones. Ben greeted us and was very welcoming, friendly & informative. We had a fabulous view looking out over loch Long. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. A decent sized bathroom although the shower was a little 'snug'. There was traffic noise from the road but it didn't affect our stay. Breakfast was fabulous with plenty of choices. We would definitely return.”

“Handy for Rothsey, and a lovely old building. My room was facing the harbour and an interesting view. Tired in places, chair was very wobbly, and doors etc as you would expect in a property of this age. However, the retro-fitted en-suite was good, and nice and clean. Felt like carpet had not been hovered. The Scottish breakfast was nice and not too overwhelming. Just right. The guys running the place were really friendly and polite.”

There was no superior room, we were in a Lodge away from the main building as that has just been hanged into rooms with a few tables and chairs in the kitchen for breakfast..
