“Location was great... Management was horrible! Their advertisement falsely stated that there was laundry on the property. The apartment smelled of sewage. The window ledge fell on my foot, twice. For a seven days stay, they gave me two towels. I had to go out and purchase more toilet tissue, trash bags, and paper towels. House keeping came and bought air freshner for the sewage smell and that was it. I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person... Absolutely horrible... ”

“The space was good for a short term stay. Facilities were majorly good with the exception of the bed / pillows which were incredibly soft and difficult to get a full night's sleep on. The hosts themselves were friendly, accommodating and helpful at all stages from the minute we booked until the minute we left. The supply of things like toiletries, coffee and towels was lovely and not something that you get in a lot of places. They're very quiet and keep to themselves during the stay. The area...
