“Decided not to stay right on the strip since we were attending some events elsewhere in Vegas, and glad to have found this place. Everything was as described. Communication with property manager was outstanding - always prompt and accurate. Several amenities were included that you don't always find in vrbo properties, like well-stocked kitchen spice rack, soap/shampoo/conditioner in shower, Keurig coffee maker with K-Cups, etc. Really nice to have a spacious walk in shower in both bedrooms....

“The property owner was always responsive and that was very much appreciated.We really liked the location, free parking and of course the casino. The access to Public Transportation was perfect to get to the Vegas strip. We really liked access to the balcony just to relax early in the morning or late at night. We would defiantly stay again at this VRBO. ”

“This is a nice property and connected to the MGM and the train to get to the convention center. It was as advertised and looked exactly like the pictures. Would be nice to actually have the items (coffee, cream, sugar) needed to make coffee in the morning, but that's pretty much an issue was ALL VRBO locations.I'd stay again. ”

“Staying at the MGM signature private suites was an awesome place with a peek view of the sphere and direct access to the MGM Grand made this a perfect location. Flawless room and amenities enjoyed the full kitchen and the two baths were a plus for us. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again when visiting Vegas.”

“The place was very clean and for the most part felt brand new. Great spot for 1 or 2 people, no room for any more than that. The only issues I had are 1) Theres very little drawer space and we only had a few hangers. Our trip was almost a week and there were only 2 bath towels (I'm sure I could have asked for more but there wasn't much space to hold them either). The park around the corner was nice to have and we were close to the softball fields we were playing at so that was nice. Decent...
