“The house great, it was clean, well kept, and spacious! The kitchen is absolutely fabulous! It is wellStocked with everything you need to prepare a meal. The pool and hot tub was clean and inviting! My only suggestion is that the TV’s be upgraded & updated to smart TV’s in all the bedrooms and main area. With that said the cable lineup is great and there was ample parking. The house is less than 15 minutes from the strip great place to stay!”

“Beautiful home perfect for a weekend vacation with family. Quiet and safe neighborhood. This was the quickest booking I’ve ever done. I had a reply with in 5 mins with all the information I needed, garage, ac, refrigerator, wifi, patio….. we would of stayed if we could of. Thank you Jessica! “Enjoyed our time at this rental. It is in a subdivision away from the Strip, which was exactly what we were looking for. It was close to 2 dog parks. We brought our pooch and he was ecstatic to play with dogs. Since the parks were so close, we could go for about 30 minutes twice a day. We choose this rental because we were going down to Vegas to visit family, attend a UNLV football game, and enjoy some down time. All of those boxes were checked during this stay.”

“The home was incredibly comfortable, with a spacious interior and a large backyard—perfect for families or those visiting with dogs. The fully fenced backyard was ideal for our dogs to roam freely. “It is a 1 bedroom inlaws quarters attached to the house. Compleatly seperate entrance. Never needed to contact owner. All instrutions made sense. Snacks and waters provided by owner. We will go back.”

“The house was great. Nice layout and great, fenced in, backyard for our 10 month old puppy. Only suggestion would be for some bathmats in the bathrooms upstairs. ”
