“We have been staying at this lovely townhouse for around 10 years. Great location, 1 mile to downtown and stadium. House is clean, spacious and well stocked. Parking is a little trickier these days as there have been several multi unit condos that have bedn added in the neighborhood- so street parking is harder to find. “We rented this property as a safe place for folks to sleep to avoid high surge prices on VRBO, as well as a central location to keep everyone safe after exploring the area on a holiday. The host was INCREDIBLE about answering our questions, and accommodating our guests. The facility was clean and so cute, the rooms were cozy and plenty of room for our folks to sleep, fits as many guests as listed VERY comfortably. ”

“I am a Seattle local and I rented this location to be close to downtown and show my out-of-town friend the city. This property was beautiful in decoration and cleanliness. I had to reach out to the host because we thought there was an issue with the heat - there wasn't - and the host was immediately responsive and helped troubleshoot.I would absolutely return to this property if I need someplace local to stay again.”

“We stayed at this location when we were in town for the Cyndi Lauper concert. We wanted to be close to the climate pledge Arena. It is a 25 min walk from this place. It is also close to Whole Foods, which is great for groceries. There’s lots of restaurants close by too. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The facilities were wonderful. We used everything indoor, even though the outdoor ones were beautiful. It was just a cold day. Would really recommend!”
