“We were so impressed with the property. It was everything that the photos showed. The short walk to the beach was awesome and we enjoyed daily morning walks along the boardwalk. “I love this little beach house. We have stayed there the last 2 summers for a week. It steps away from the beach and close to Belmont Park. I love that the family could come and go as we pleased because it was so close to things- sometimes doing things together and sometimes apart. We had a fun and relaxing time. I was hoping to book again this summer but it looks to be blocked with grey. Maybe next time. ”

“The space was tight but had everything we needed the cost was fair. The location was good for exploring San Diego and then making an early trip to the airport. We had a little trouble with the lock the first time but the host was quick to answer the phone and helped to fix the problem. ”

“This place was perfect for my family and 2 year old australian shepherd. The manager and owner are both awesome and answered any questions we had. We loved being able to walk to one of the restaurants in old town and taking the food back to enjoy in our cottage. Our dog was so happy to have his very own fenced backyard. We also got to walk to church to attend a beautiful Sunday mass. We’d love to stay here again and highly recommend staying here.”

“The house is located in a great central spot close to all the great San Diego attractions. Check-in was easy once I received instructions. House was clean and it was well stocked, plenty of space for my family of 5. I didn’t have any issues. The weather was nice. I would definitely consider staying again, perhaps in the summer so we can take a swim in the pool since it was too cold this time.”

“Let me just start off by saying my family & I LOVED our stay here at Brian’s home. Not only was it fully stocked but we didn’t need anything during our stay & i mean anything. Brian’s home came with everything you could think of & some more! Not to mention the backyard area that adds a big plus to this home. Brian & his Team were also very responsive & made sure all of our questions & concerns were answered. We will definitely be booking here again!”
