“Great stay. We spent the week in Pasadena for the Rose Bowl parade and football game. Having this pool house to come back to each day made the trip that much better. The host was extremely responsive and friendly. My kids loved the hot tub and my wife loved the fireplace in the house. We had a great time and can’t wait to come back.”

“We come back to Santa Monica often since we moved away 12 years ago. This is one of the best places we have stayed. Everything was as described. We love to have some meals in when traveling so the well appointed kitchen was great. Loved the outdoor space for a nap. Walked to most all our fun. Thank you for making your cottage available.”

“If you want to stay in South Pasadena, this property has an excellent location as so much is walkable - the train, the grocery store, lots of restaurants, the library. We appreciated also that there are a lot of spices and some condiments and that food preparation was easy. It is nice to have an office space if one is doing some work. It is a small space.”

“We very much enjoyed our stay with a few minor problems. One of the toilets clogged but was repaired the next day. The back yard and the kitchen had ants, so we had to spray. Most of the pool inflatables had leaks. The house was very roomy, and it was perfect for our 8-member family”

“The area has no internet or phone reception, making it difficult to check in. I believe the host should have informed us of this in advance. Parking is available on the street across from the house, so be sure to check. The house is beautiful and filled with vintage furniture, but the toilet and kitchen are connected by a sliding door. This detail is not apparent from the photos, so I recommend not inviting anyone other than family. Common items like oil or salt are not provided, and the nearest...

“A nuestra llegada, después de haber mandado por correo la petición de que tuvieran lusta la cama extra , tuvimos que acomodarla nosotros personalmente ya que no cuentan con personal para hacerlo, servicio terrible pues no limpian la habitación diario a menos que lo solicites y lo Pagés con cargo extra, el hotel está descuidado con alfombras y pisos rotos, que pena pues la ubicación es muy buena, hay demasiado ruido en las madrugadas por camiones de limpieza y no puedes descansar, no volveremos ”

"Me pareció el personal muy amable, los chicos de recepción, siempre sonrientes y dispuestos a ayudarte, incluso si no hablas el idioma. El desayuno americano nos pareció excelente complemento al estar incluido en tu estadía. Huevo revuelto, salchicha, avena caliente, plátano, salchicha de carne, pan, café, jugo... además que el personal siempre manteniendo abastecido y limpio. Y el traslado al aeropuerto un 10/10. Que señores tan amables! Definitivamente volvería. El único inconveniente muy personal es que la habitación era muy fría, pedí una manta adicional que no fue suficientemente cálida. "
