“The food service was quick & efficient with good portion sizes! Room was comfortable & very quiet even in the middle of the day with lots of people outside the room was still fairly quiet surprisingly. The customer service at front desk over phone could use some work in manners & focus to helping the customer as best as possible - very short, clueless & rude answers with no solution tips or effort to solve or help. Otherwise the stay was 100% worth every minute & dollar! ”

“We really enjoyed staying at the Eco Retreat Karijini. Great experience to spend time in nature. We were lucky to have access to hot water and toilet in our tent. The nights were rather cold and there is not heating unit in the tent; fortunately we had heating blankets. I definitely recommend if you visit the park.”
