“This house is in a beautiful area of Fernandina Beach. It is in a quiet neighborhood, just a short walk to the beach and a short drive to the grocery store, Omni hotel, and downtown. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation, this is a perfect place.”

“This house was perfect for our party of five family members plus two small dogs. The floor plan was great, updated furnishings and decor. We enjoyed the screened in Florida room. It was a quiet neighborhood close to the beach (by golf cart) and met any and all of our needs. Highly recommend.”

“This is my fourth year staying at the cottage. This year it was newly renovated and just as charming and wonderful. Communication with the host is excellent, I feel like we have become friends. For an example, in moving back into the newly renovated cottage we could not find a blender. A phone call and within the hour we had the blender. If you are looking for your little piece of heaven this is highly recommended.”
