“The Canopy Cottage has good interior space. The location is great with respect to its proximity to destinations in / around Amelia Island. The proximity to A1A makes for a lot traffic passing by. The grounds are rugged and not well maintained but the location is really great. It is great that my sister could bring her little dog. “I've stayed in this complex before, always liked it because it's fairly close to the beach and they have a nice pool. I also like staying in a complex like this because I'm off the road. Be aware that this particular unit is on the main road (Tarpon). It was never a problem, it's not like this is a very busy area anyway, so we had no trouble parking whatsoever (and I'm one of those people that likes to back into the parking space). PROS: The unit was well stocked, with plenty of towels etc...
