“Lovely property! We had a grand experience on Amelia island … beach in our backyard, golf, ideal weather and superb accommodations!! We absolutely enjoyed every minute of our stay at Duke’s Beach House!”

“When we arrived at the property, we were greeted by a large overflowing trash can in front of the garage door (near condo front door). Several bags and loose trash were above the container lid, so it did not shut. I contacted the property management company on Saturday a little after 4:00pm. I was asked to send a picture, which I did (attached to this message) and was assured the trash would be cleaned up. We stayed until Wednesday; the trash was never cleaned up.
