“We arrived at check in time on our son’s 6th birthday to a property that had NOT BEEN CLEANED! I was told to wait for it to be cleaned or get refunded leaving no place to go with our dog. I was even told to leave the dog with the cleaning crew! WHAT! We had to find a new house to check in and take our dog to, we never made it to the birthday dinner! I have still NOT been refunded.
