“Check in was friendly and professional. Cleanliness was excellent and comfort in room was fantastic. Complementary spa use was a nice extra as well. One comment on the spa was the steam room and sauna weren't particularly hot. Perhaps just personal preference. Also the liner on the spa pool has come loose, feels a bit lumpy under foot.”

“We were generally pleased with our accommodation. It is surprising that the sauna and steam room are one and small compared to their capacity. The staff are very friendly and do their jobs well. The cafe by the indoor pool was not very active. It was noteworthy that they only gave water as a complimentary treat. The towel sizes were quite small. Still, it is an ideal place to relax.Thanks.”

“a quaint old house in lovely grounds. the room we very well kept as was most of the hotel and grounds. the only slight worry was a pungent smell in the corridor between the bar and the rooms which was quite unpleasant. this was only in the ground floor corridor though, not obvious upstairs or in the room or the main hotel. Serve was friendly and efficient. ”

“We stayed at Blanco's to attend a birthday party, the hotel I would rate as good. Unfortunately the prices are a bit heavy for the area, the room was £100. I would price it more like £80. The room had to be payable by card, no cash excepted. This may affect a return visit to Blanco's.
