“No es un cinco estrellas real. Tuve problemas con la cerradura, la puerta no cerraba. Me pasó el primer día de los 5 que iba a estar. No consiguieron arreglarlo, todos los días volvía a no cerrar y tenía que volver a pedir que lo arreglaran. Sonaba un zumbido de algún motor en la habitación. Además me cobraron dos veces la estancia por error, tardaron más de dos meses en devolverme el segundo pago, y la primera mañana me dijeron que no tenía el desayuno incluido cuando me habían dicho que sí....

“The hotel was beautiful from start to finish. Dining was a little more expensive than expected but you really did get what you pay for. The spa is beautiful and staff were lovely. Parking is very expensive though so be prepared”

“Lovely hotel a little dated in areas but refurbed areas really well done. Food absolutely delicious and service really good, friendly and efficient. On the downside lift was out or order and spa was not open. But would definitely stay again.”

“Lovely house to stay for a big family , everything you need in the property and more . Great outdoor area for relaxing and for little ones to play . Area good and quiet not far from the town and shops and there are takeaways across the road . Within easy reach of many holiday favourites beaches , parks , castles etc there is great selection of leaflets for ideas . We would return in the future . Thank you Diane for hosting us . ”

“Hotel was locked and shut when we arrived. No answer to door bell or phone calls. Local pub across the road told us that it had been closed for a week or two. Great customer service to not bother to tell us that they needed to cancel our reservation!”
