“Our family had a wonderful vacation. House was great. Excellent location, very spacious. Pool great to come back to after a day at the beach. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. Jasmine, the property manager, was fantastic and always responded to questions quickly. “We weren't able to trabel because of the covid restrictions, which we knew just one day before the trip. We reached out the host and said she would ask the owners if they could make an exceotion to make a refund or give us different dates and reach us back, but she never did. We know they didn't have to do anything, but at least let us know. Very disappointed with the communication. In the future, if we go, we won't consider their place to stay!”
