“We stayed here after 4 months cruising on our sailboat. We needed a place to stay while off loading our boat and prepare it for storage. There are several beaches nearby for enjoying the water. The apartment was quiet and peaceful. The views are spectacular, the kayaking is great. Easy in and out access on the waters edge and dock. Outdoor spaces are also very nice.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Crystal Sands Villa. The property is quite spacious & beautiful. It’s located right on the beach providing spectacular views. “This place is truly incredible! The photos don't even begin to capture how amazing it is in person. Everything was perfect during our stay, and the property management team was outstanding! so friendly and helpful! I honestly have no complaints. One tip: I’d recommend having a driver or renting a car, as the location is a bit off the beaten path, but other than that, I’d give it a solid 10/10 and highly recommend it!”

“Best thing about the property is the magical views. The home itself is large and very nice, but well worn; the accoutrements as well. But everything is there that you could possibly need or want for your trip. The property was very clean from top to bottom. “We truly liked the location of the Villa at the end of West Grace Bay. It was very relaxed and not at all crowded.The private beach access was wonderful and there were plenty of sun loungers, (not as many umbrellas and tables though!) “The property is quite nice and well maintained. Access to the beach is a paved 100’ path and it’s gorgeous. Snorkeling at Smith’s Reef is a .3 mile walk up the beach.The room was quaint and comfortable. It had a coffee maker, microwave and small dorm size frig. We had a rental car (360 for the week) and would recommend that to all staying here. There are a couple of restaurants close by but the really good and highly rated restaurants are further up Grace Bay and are too far away to walk. ”

“Perfect location and place for my two young adult sons and I. Having the paddle boards and kayak at the beach and not having to lug chairs was an added bonus! And, the kayak is for three people -- SUPER! The only negative - there were no games for the evening. We solved that by getting a deck of cards at one of the gift shops. “Our first international VRBO, we really loved the views! Sunrise every morning with our drinks on patio were amazing! The unit was very clean and was what we expected. We did not have a good Wi-Fi experience while staying there and the driveway entrance is very rocky. But overall it was nice and quiet with amazing views of the chalk sound.”

Estuvimos 6 noches y en ningún momento fueron a realizar la limpieza del cuarto y proporcionarnos más artículos de higiene (champú, jabón, papel higiénico), aún y cuando se les pidió en más dos ocasiones. Por otro lado expedía afirma que los impuestos del 40% son por parte del hotel sin embargo en el hotel no cobran mas que el 12% de IVA... Jamás vuelvo a utilizar los servicios de expedia ”
