“Greg and Kate have covered all the bases to make the cottage feel welcoming. It is well-appointed for cooking, listening to music, and enjoying the private yard. It’s also conveniently located for walking to the lake, neighborhood restaurants, or downtown. We loved being able to have our dog with us and how easy it was to access the many trails in the area. The cottage made for a lovely stay in Marquette! ”

“The one thing that was bad about the stay was whatever was dead in the dumpster that was on the property in the front of the house. Every time you were in the front yard that was all you could smell and made you want to vomit! Other than that the house and location was great for trail riding and visiting with our daughter who lives in Marquette.”

“The hot tub is actually hot, and staff had no control over how loud the people in the next room are. They really simplified their breakfast with no more waffles. The staff did move me so I was closer to the hot tub which I really appreciated!”

“This is our second time staying at this property. We love the size of the home and 2 bathrooms! I have teenagers so it’s enough space for Us all to relax after a busy day of hiking and seeing the sites. The host is always easy to communicate with. The Jolly Inn is always a treat for dinner. One great thing about this home is it’s location. It’s in the middle of everything to see this side of the UP. Since we do a lot of hiking, we get dirty and the washer and dryer is a huge help after a fun...
