“We booked our stay through Hotels.com and they messed it up. Amanda the GM was amazing!! She did her best to fix the problem. Going forward we will be booking through the hotel instead of Hotels.com. The room was amazing and the jetted tub was just what we needed after a long day of shopping and site seeing. “The woman that was here when we got here early went out of her way to get us checked in early. We were there from out of town for a funeral that was at 3 o’clock and check in time was at 3. She called the people that cleaned the rooms and ask them if they could get two rooms cleaned sooner. They got them done and we checked in at 1:30. We got there at 12:15. They also let us eat in their breakfast room while we waited. We stopped and brought something to eat for lunch and sat and ate. ...
