“The owner should make it clear that this property is NOT suitable for a person with mobility needs. 42 steps to the upper floor is not “a few”stairs. I did tell the owner before we went that I had a mobility scooter and used crutches to walk and could manage a few steps. Directions should be clearer. It took an hour to find the property when we arrived. I suggest ‘The white door set back between the Dry Dock Café and the animal charity shop. This would make it easier to find. It would be...

“We love coming to Sidmouth there is nice shop and tea rooms, book shops there is a nice big playground and the weather was very good warm for October/November and the best of all is this flat it's a nice sides it's got every thing you need and its got parking and iit very close to the shops and sea front we will be back next year ”
